Growing up, Justice Marley, the 30-year-old rising fashion designer, spent a lot of her childhood on a tour bus. This was a natural course of life, surely, for the eldest daughter of reggae singer Ziggy Marley, who, in turn, is the eldest son of the genre’s pioneer Bob Marley . Creativity is genetic.
Still, Justice says fashion has always played a big role in her family—even if it was in the background. She points to the sharply tailored suits Bob Marley wore on occasion. “I’d like to say he is a style icon!” Justice says. “Like an underrated one. If you look at some of his old photos, he was really dapper. I always look back at his style and draw inspiration from there.
All of this is set to be captured by cameras for a reality show focused on the third generation of Marleys. Also taking part in the show are Justice’s sister, Zuri, and her cousins Hymn and Selah
