NELSPRUIT - There has been yet another delay in the Hillary Gardee murder case, after two of the three men accused of her murder, did not show up at the Nelspruit Magistrates Court on Monday.
It is understood there was a break in communication, between the prison and the court, on whether all three are appearing. On Monday afternoon, the court was still waiting for the suspects to arrive, after a court order was given for them to be brought to court. Sipho Mkhatshwa, Albert Gama, and Philemon Lukhele, face six charges for Gardee’s murder.Sipho Mkhatshwa, Philemon Lukhele & Albert Gama are believed to have kidnapped, raped and killed Gardee who was 28 years old at the time in April this year.
