It does NOT violate Federal Law! The Supreme Court ruled the decision was up to the States!!!! You know, 10th Amendment stuff. Read the Constitution.
If Idahoans want to make abortion legal they’ll elect politicians who will pass legislation doing so. This really is not complicated.
How about Washington worries about Washington? Idaho clearly has the will of the people to ban abortions. If they want abortions so bad, move to WA.
