Surely you find out if what you are planning on doing is legal before you start. The fine imposed seems small compared to the amount of money which could have been made over a three or four year period. Vanity creating greed.

She should have checked first. There are usually laws in place to protect people from amateurs/charlatans. Always check, then you won't get in trouble.
