A Magistrate’s Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State, yesterday, remanded a 42-year-old man, Taiwo Olaniyi in the Correctional centre for allegedly killing three persons.

Police prosecutor, John Idoko, informed the court that the defendant conspired with others now at large to murder two women and a man, Rasidat Mufutau, Anifowose Basirat and Abdulrahaman Afolabi on June 28 at about 5:40a.m. at Ofatedo, Ido-Osun, Osun State.

The Assistant Superintendent of Police said the defendant’s offence is contrary to and punishable under Sections 324 and 319 of the Criminal Code Cap. 34 Vol. Il Laws of Osun State of Nigeria 2002.
