Joshua Doyle Burt of Paradise has been charged with dangerous driving causing death and impaired driving causing death in relation to the collision that killed 42-year-old Brad Kerrivan of Mount Pearl in the early morning hours of April 3, 2022. Provincial court documents indicate Burt’s charges were sworn by the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary July 25.
The pick-up driver was taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Police say there were no other occupants of the vehicles.
