A man who allegedly impersonated police minister Bheki Cele in a social media account appeared in court to face fraud charges.A man accused of impersonating police minister Bheki Cele appeared in the White River magistrate’s court in Mpumalanga on Thursday to face charges of fraud.
‘The Hawks's serious commercial crime investigation team, together with the cyber crime investigation team attached to the Hawks acted on information on social media saying that the police minister would on April 13 2020 announce that liquor shops would reopen.
