According to the director of Legal Services, SON, Barrister Bashir Hamis, the organisation unsealed the premises in compliance with the judgement delivered by

Justice Simon Amobeda on 22nd July 2022 in Suit No. FHC/JAL/FHR/59/2021: Chief Uche Obi V. SON, but has filed an appeal on the judgement.Barrister Hamis disclosed that the Court in an earlier judgment in Suit No. FHC/JAL/58/2021 instituted by Messrs.

He therefore ruled that the Court was divested of jurisdiction to hear and determine the action of the Applicant , consequently suit no. FHC/JAL/58/2021 of the applicant was struck out for want of jurisdiction, with parties to bear their respective costs.
