Myles Kirby, who is seeking to have the late Catherine Hynes’s son Frank made personally liable for the debt, was granted an order for payments in the High Court for the costs of the liquidation process

A liquidator has secured a court order to receive a share of the estate of a woman whose son he has sought to make personally liable for €1.5 million in debt.

Mr Justice Michael Quinn granted Myles Kirby an order for payments due to be received by Frank Hynes from the estate of Catherine Hynes, his late mother.
