Jacob Zuma's corruption case is back in the High Court in Pietermaritzburg on Monday but the former president is not expected to be there.

JOHANNESBURG - Jacob Zuma's corruption case is back in the High Court in Pietermaritzburg Monday.The matter was postponed in May to allow the President of the Supreme Court of Appeal to decide on Zuma's reconsideration application.The SCA has since dismissed that application - paving the way for the start of the trial on15 August.

But the arms deal corruption trial could still be put on hold to allow the Constitutional Court to hear Zuma’s appeal against the dismissal ruling.
