A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has barred the Inspector-General of Police, the Assistant Inspector-General of Police Zone 2, the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State and a Director at Edmark Direct Marketing Limited, Anthony Etim, from arresting or inviting the Company Secretary, Donald Anih, and two others: Wapiano Bienvenido and Jorolan Hao who are directors at Edmark.
Etim had written a petition against the management of Edmark Direct Marketing Limited, a popular multi-level marketing company which now has investments in real estate, financial services and hospitality. The matter is now before the court.Related News
