Cork developer Michael O’Flynn has objected to the personal insolvency arrangement of his neighbour as a result of a €2.2 million personal guarantee on a loan agreement.

O’Flynn said in court filings that John O’Driscoll, who is the brother of former Irish rugby international Mick O’Driscoll, was not insolvent and that he believed his personal insolvency arrangement to be an “abuse of process”.
