High Court Judge said Michael O’Flynn had not proved debt on €2.2m loan to John O’Driscoll, of which Ronan O’Gara was co-guarantor

Cork developer Michael O’Flynn has failed in his bid to object to the personal insolvency arrangement of his neighbour after a High Court judge found he had not sufficiently engaged with the process.

Mr Justice Alexander Owens said participation in the process depended on a creditor proving their debt which, the court heard, O’Flynn had not done. He awarded costs of bringing the case against O’Flynn.
