Have fun living in a construction zone for the next 365 days. 🤷‍♀️

This is great news. A lot of people don’t know the rules and landlords often try to take advantage.

This is not news. It’s 30 days. We all know this. This person needs to know that 90 is generous. How about being thankful instead of entitled.

Imagine giving a tenant $750/ month rent for a two bedroom on a month to month lease and then 90 days to relocate and they won’t leave

Get used to it, Canada is reverting back to the days of Land owners and indentured slaves!

The article is also confusing…. You make it sound like the landlord did something wrong. Her lease is up at the end of August. End of story.

The landlord did follow the rules, and the landlord did give Ms. Zimmerman an amazing deal for a very long time. This was a great landlord, and this story isn’t really newsworthy. Why is this a story?

People have a right to do what they want with their property without explanation. 90 day notice is more than adequate, another liberal whiner.

Making a lot of noise over a small problem!

And this is news? Just another Sunnyside flake. You’ll be out on the street soon enough into at least 2x current rent if at all. yyc
