Listing agent Jim Striegel of JPAR Flower Mound said the home has Italian influences including front doors brought from Italy. The home has abundant detail throughout. Beams along the ceiling in the kitchen are hand-painted, Striegel said, and there’s a Murano glass chandelier. There are also hand-painted murals throughout the house.The home was built in 2010 and is part of The Landing on Lake Grapevine community.

On the main level of the home, you’ll find the kitchen, breakfast room, two living rooms, the dining room and a library or office, according to the listing. The lowest level of the home has a wine cellar and a nearby entertaining area. The home has a hand-carved marble fireplace, woodwork throughout and a hand-carved vent hood over the AGA cooktop and range, according to information provided by the listing agents.
