SA is een groot lokasie

It is about reactive leaders. Everyone knows about the liquor outlets in our country, but our leaders & law enforcement agencies. 10Km stretch with 5 tarvens betwee 50-100m at the side of the busiest Provincial road R37. Ppl are losing lives on a regular bases there. No one cares

Does that count for bad parenting as well? Police and laws cannot fix that.

Doesn’t matter what the legal age is for drinking alcohol. There will always be lawlessness as there are no consequences. And why don’t we know yet what the cause of deaths was?

There is no political will to enforce the laws of country by the powers that be except when it benefits them.
