A Westminster Magistrates Court in the United Kingdom has ruled that David Ukpo, the alleged victim in the organ harvesting case against former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, and his wife, Beatrice, is not 15 years old as initially claimed.
Irwin, while addressing the court on Thursday claimed that the victim has admitted that he is 21 years old as against the 15 years claimed by the prosecutor which could make the victim a minor.According to Arise TV, Ukpo admitted to the court that he is 21 years old and had been in the UK since February but did not present himself to the police till May.
The couple who are currently being detained in different prisons in the UK over alleged organ harvesting and trafficking appeared in the UK Court on Thursday for continued trial.

In my humble opinion, Sen. Ekweremadu put himself in this mess. The question that comes to my mind is,does it mean that other siblings couldn't volunteer to save their sister's life?. This shows that they were not raised with love.

Case closed. The boy has lost credibility in the eyes of the court because of his lies. How will the court now believe He didn't have an agreement with Eweremadu?, If He ever received any money through transfer from Ekweremadu then they can prove He was paid for the service.
All I can say about this is there was an initial agreement between both, if the agreement is no longer binding, let the two parties part ways, our senator should be released and let the case close.
Something just doesn't feel right abt this whole organ harvesting 'brouhaha'. I guess.. The boy's instinct figured out that he's merely a tool & these people do not really care abt his well-being. Hence, he absconded to seek asylum.

At the end of the day this boy is going loose cos he lied about his age and then the Ekweremadu's legal representative can make a case against him to have consented to be a donor under pretence inorder to arrive in the UK just to seek asylum.
21 yr old in nigeri looks like yes about 15 yr oldor even less in the depending on the degree of poverty they've been exposed to.
What is organ harvest? Was there a willing donor? Is there a patient? Is the 'donor' old enough to give a Consent? If this is established, end of discussion.

The age is only one part of the case, that's why he is still in prison. The other part has to do with consent/inducement of the donor. He is likely to be found guilty on that.
