SCOTUSblog Thank you Mr. Justice Breyer for 27 years of distinguished service on the Court.

Should have retired years ago.

Just great . That’s sarcasm.

thank you for your service justice breyer. i probably rarely agreed with you, but I always respected you.

1 down and another 5 to go!

his effort failed sadly his life's work is moot now that the bible freaks have made us all rape slaves scotus

Will Breyer write a book about the other Justices? Give us dirt on Beer Bong Brett’s drinking problem? Share any secrets about the Handmaid? If he were Republican, he’d already be working with an editor.

KB Jackson is not smart enough to define what a woman is, she is not smart enough to judge anyone or anything.

Hopefully she knows what a woman is by now...

It's stupid, and VERY DAMAGING to new generations! STOP IT!

Can SCOTUS block Jackson for being seated on the bench by refusing to swear her in U use the pronoun of “her” in ur article but the new justice was unable to define the term woman during the senate hearings. Therefore u should not describe the new justice with a female pronoun - agree? Nothing lost. Nothing gained.
