Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has granted bail to the member representing Degema/Bonny Federal constituency in the National Assembly, Farah Dagogo, who is facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and cultism.

Justice Nworgu also ordered that Dagogo must not be allowed to travel outside the country without the leave of the court and to deposit his international passport in court. Speaking to newsmen outside the courtroom, counsel to Dagogo, Enweluzo expressed joy that his client has been granted bail despite the condition being quite huge.
