I wonder what people think the words 'bear arms' in the Constitution mean, if they don't mean bear arms.

Good! And MA, NJ, CA, etc… Time for the government to stop treating gun ownership like a second class right.

This conservative SupremeCourt is simply corrupt & has ZERO to do with justice anymore This SupremeCourt must be retired and a new one elected By the people, no one else!!!

So many wins this week.

If I’m a law abiding citizen who has completed the required training and passed all of the necessary background checks, why should I have to prove that I have some additional reason the state feels is ‘acceptable’ to carry my weapon for self defense?

Hey y'all what's the purpose of a gun....to kill mf with....oh really....well in that case pass them things out like Halloween candy

Good

Gun manufacturers playing for lobbyists are reaping the rewards.

No it certainly does not. Yes Marylands statute died but now have just released an opinion that unless the explicit wording was in the original document, as written at the time, there are no rights. So I don’t think anyone should worry about precedent in any form

Truly my gun at hone have save me more times than i can remmember with multiple intruders and never fired a shot The way New Yorkers be yeah y'all don't deserve guns but also murder is a law and it's sadly still done regardless it being a law So what's the difference? Stabbings still happen in the UK It shouldn’t. They can still make it hard to get a gun and they do. But no one should have to prove why they need one…Let’s flip it… if a woman came to get an abortion would you ask her to prove that she needed it? No.
