The U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the ruling which legalized abortions. The decision came in a case about Mississippi’s abortion law.

The decision came in a case about Mississippi’s abortion law, Dobbs v. Jackson, which sought to ban abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

"Roe was also egregiously wrong and on a collision course with the Constitution from the day it was decided," wrote Justice Samuel Alito. The conservative justice voted in favor of overturning Roe. However, Chief Justice John Robert said he would have stopped short of overturning Roe, but would have ruled in favor of the Mississippi law.

Constitution 101 Mr. President the basic system of checks and balances to ensure that No branch of government exerts too much power in the nation. Amending the constitution is the check on Court. Good luck trying to get 2/3 of Congress in 3/4 of the states to follow you

Biden was a partial abortion

Gonna be a blue wave soon…

Those who use hyperbolic language and predict every event as the end of the world are always on the right side of history.

Does he know what day of the week it is? Cmon man, the dude can't ride a bike let alone govern.

God forbid someone doesn't want to give birth to a rapist's child

Finally the life of a human actually matters

'tis interesting to me that the greater number of nasty replies are from men. Why is it so important for a man to see his sperm born into life? Why is it that the the majority of men are those against Roe v Wade and greater majority of women are for? What is it with the men

Finally! Life is important as it always should have been!

This is a huge win, now let's ban abortion in Utah.

And one gigantic step backwards for women's rights smh 😔

This is a great day in American history! Looking forward to seeing a group of masked, baby destroyers losing their 💩 on the capital steps today and riots, sorry…”peaceful protests” occurring around the country.

Roe* - fix your title.

Im pro choice but honestly 15 weeks is plenty of time to get an abortion for the vast majority of women. It’s almost a full month past the first trimester!

A win for life. A win for states rights. A win for the republic.

The greatest pro-life President in United States history appointed 3 justices to the court And they have overturned Roe v Wade once and for all THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP

It is a sad day. The government should not control reproductive rights.
