US Supreme Court strikes down New York handgun law

The state of New York issues public-carry licenses only when the applicant demonstrates a special need for self-defence.

The six-three decision by the US Supreme Court stated the New York law violates the Constitutional right to bear arms.

So much for 'Land of the Free'. Imagine being scared to go out without a gun? Worried your neighbour might shoot you during an argument. America is Broken. And it broke for good in 2016. Imagine being a cop? Assuming everyone is carrying. Not going back.

No matter how many gun laws the US has it will not stop school massacres as they have a mental problem of nutters . Many countries in the world have automatics but do not go around shooting their children and just as many deaths can occur by a nutter with a bolt action rifle
