Isn't it a type of discrimination when you are forced to have a certain sex only because they are that sex and not because they bring money to the school? Why does an education cost so much? What does all the money pay for?

No it doesn’t outlaw gender discrimination. It outlaws SEX discrimination. Lying like this is why no one trusts media. Biden wants to erase women’s sports by basing Title IX on some ineffable “gender identity”. That’s the opposite of protecting sports for women and girls.

Is this the also the law that allows schools to manage sexual assault cases to prevent the justice system from getting involved and tarnishing the school’s and accused reputations?

We stopped being vigilant. Title IX has been eroded and women's equal protections and opportunities have been overturned. We're back to square one, with all the sports teams being dominated by men.

and yet we are back to square one with men getting to join in women's sports and dominate the competition. If you don't defend your rights they will be taken from you.
With the recent indoctrination of our children, they should just have everyone try out for the same team, problem solved.
It doesn't just protect women. The school that I teach for requires annual training hours so we are always up to date. I would imagine this is the case for all Title IX schools.
