The Judicial Service Commission announced on Monday that it would advise the President to appoint Mandisa Maya as Deputy Chief Justice, which would make her the first woman to hold the position.

It would be wrong of JSC to recommend other person now. Was she not the one recommended by the same JSC for CJ position but the President decided otherwise? Oh, is it because she is a woman and Mr President probably didn't see her capable enough as CJ? 🤔🤔🤔
