Home secretary Priti Patel could be banned from sending asylum seekers to Rwanda on Tuesday. A High Court judge ruled on Friday the first flight to the east African country could go ahead but this is set to be challenged in the Court of Appeal today.

sources said there was a ‘real prospect’ that the flight could be delayed due to the court action on behalf of 31 migrants who were meant to be on the plane.‘In many cases they are making multiple claims under various bits of the Human Rights Act and modern slavery legislation.

Priti Patel said the ‘vast majority’ of those who arrive in the UK ‘illegally’ will be considered for relocation. Meanwhile, Boris Johnson has again defended the Government’s controversial immigration policy ahead of legal challenges and reported concern from the Prince of Wales. It comes as Rwanda’s high commissioner Johnston Busingye told The Telegraph that Rwanda will be a ‘safe haven’ for migrants, after The Times and the Daily Mail reported that the Prince of Wales allegedly said the policy was ‘appalling’ in private.Charities and campaigners supporting migrants are appealing against a High Court ruling

If the illegal immigrants are here illegally then they should be put on board and not creating sob stories as advised by their solicitors.

Dammit, how dare they oppose the governments plan to send refugees to Rwanda, at a cost the tax payer of £400,000 per person and in exchange for Rwandan refugees being sent to the UK. Tsk, dem courts must be leftie corbyn traitors or something 😒🤔😂🤣
