This legislative package will also criminalize both the act of making a threat of mass harm and adding to a threat with overt acts to further it. While New York City already requires permits to possess, carry and purchase any type of firearm and blocks most under the age of 21 from receiving permits, the new state legislation will affect counties beyond the city's limits.
Nationwide, a total of 42,915 people died in motor vehicle crashes in 2021, the National Highway Trac Safety Administration reported. This is the highest number since 2005 and is an average of 117 deaths every day. NOTE: To Drive you even have to take a test !!!!
