Discussion | Work WhatsApp groups may be breaking the law

JOHANNESBURG - The Basic Conditions of Employment Act says employees may not work more than 45 hours a week. So what does this all mean? Basically, if you're in a work Whatsapp group and receiving messages when you're off, the law is being broken.
