They already are..the corruption that lies within different fed systems is erroneous and the fact that the justice system gets sidelined based on “confidentiality” shows how powerless it is regarding protecting people.

Ask the victims of crime if there is a 'justice' system? Most of the time they are victimized by people with impressive criminal records, out on bail, early parole, served one third of the prescribed sentence etc.... But let's not worry about them. Right, justice system.

Well. Hmmm. A judicial system that thumbs it’s nose at the police making arrests of criminals and rules against recommended sentences for criminals is no longer acting judicial. It’s political. And why I don’t have faith in judges!!
In 2016, an Alumni of the school named in a Human Rights claim, threw my claim out. So big NO to any 'faith' in Canada's legal system. It is corrupt as hell and anyone paying attention knows it.

Hopefully people will realize that legal systems =/= justice systems & demand better. A chief justice should know this & not hope people naively trust legislators, lawyers/judges, cops, etc. In this case, US politicians stack (rig) the SCOTUS with likeminded individuals.

Our justice system has been nothing but a joke for years now.
Canadians already know that the 'justice' system exists to enrich lawyers and create jobs for fatcat high-pay court clerks and judges. Whether Canadians 'have faith' in those things changes nothing.
I love how the answer is never “we need to do a better job administering timely justice” — instead it’s always “we have to stop the citizens from questioning our function”.
The left used the courts to legislate from the bench major social changes that people did not vote for. That makes judges political actors whether they like it or not. When they start reading into constitutional documents, it's normal that ppl think of them as politicians.
