Bill Cosby accused of sexually assaulting teen in 1970s as civil trial begins in California

The statements came at the start of a civil trial for Cosby, 11 months after he was freed from prison when Pennsylvania's highest court threw out his sexual assault conviction in a different case. "He has a sense of entitlement, and no fear," Goldberg said, referring to Cosby. "He has a sense of invincibility."Cosby's lawyer Jennifer Bonjean countered in her opening statement the alleged assault was a "fabrication," though Cosby did not dispute that he invited Huth and her friend to the mansion.Cosby is not expected to attend the trial.

Donna Samuelson, a friend of Huth who said she was with her on the day of the alleged assault, told jurors that Huth told her what happened after Cosby left the pair at the mansion.

Enough of this Shit!!! The woman is now 64 years old and this apparently happened when she was sixteen. Lol. Was she hibernating? Why doesn’t the court tossed these cases out and stop this nonsense

Lots of women fabricated the same story. What a let down. Years ago Coke did a survey asking who people trusted the most. Cosby got the most votes. Coke used him in lots of their advertisements. My dad worked for Coke at the time.
