Supreme Court Clerks May Have to Fork Over Phone Records as Part of Dumb Probe into Roe LeakIf only the court viewed overturning Roe v. Wade as a bigger problem than the leak. Sticking a fork in an IPhone is not generally a good idea. I do not care who leaked it or why. It’s immaterial and from what I see, not really even a crime. Why waste time? Even worse, if it was a Democrat, then it will be released to much ado, but an R will likely be quietly filed away.
