“...I arrived at the scene 35 minutes after the incident happened, [and] the delays could have impacted the crime scene,” he said. “The road to the hospital passes by the police station, so I went inside the police station and they told me that there were officers with a van at the hospital. When I got to the hospital, I approached the men in uniform and a marked vehicle and explained who I was. They took me to the crime scene,” he said.
