The ruling of a Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State that the former President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, is eligible to contest the 2023 presidential election is not in the plaintiffs’ prayers, SaharaReporters has gathered. The suit marked FHC/YNG/CS/86/2022 was filed by Andy Solomon and Idibiye Abraham as first and second plaintiffs.
“If the answer to above is the negative, then whether the 2nd defendant is entitled to field the 1st defendant as its presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections He said, “In my opinion, the position being propounded by the first defendant is tenable. It is the duty of the plaintiffs to direct this court where the legislature stated that the provisions of Section 137 sub-section 3 of the Constitution are to apply.“I, therefore, find the arguments of the first defendant that he has only been elected into the office of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria only once and in the year 2011, not only irresistible but established, and I so hold.
He should contest. Who is holding him.
Judge was doing what they paid him to do
The God of Amadioha will finish him before the election starts. Let him run now make we see
It is simply the handiwork of the power mongers of the North who want to recruit him into the race so that he can serve for 4 years and power returns to the North again.
This is Nigeria
Sahara reporter has started it's despicable obsession with Goodluck Jonathan.
You never hear say God hears even the prayers we don't say?
