SthembileCel Gwede Mantashe is missing the point of the ruling: who decides? The community or the government? According to the High Court judgment, it is the community.

SthembileCel The very comrade Mantashe insisted that Gauteng ppl needed e-tolls only to change his tune when ppl spoke with their votes in 2016. Have we forget the famous expression: people shall govern. How soon we forget.

SthembileCel No it doesn't. But with the new Minister, who knows. A space to watch!

Gwede you sound like you had already been paid & are desperate to deliver. Xolobeni is underdeveloped due to corruption & maladministration of current resources meant to uplift the community.

SthembileCel Then lets get busy!!

SthembileCel Well, offer the community a deal in which they all have shares and collectively own 51% of whichever mine bids with their approval and successfully.
