to return absentee ballots by hand to the Absentee Election Manager in your county. Absentee ballots must be returned by mail to the Absentee Election Manager no later than noon on Tuesday.The vote on May 24 is to determine who will represent each party in the Nov. 8 General Election for scores of offices – from legislators, district attorneys, and county commissioners to governor and U.S. Senate. If a candidate does not get more than 50 percent of the vote, runoffs will be held June 21.
