Corrections minister David Elliott under pressure over youth custody reportAn independent report found 'significant failings' in the Juvenile Justice system but the minister did not read a draft he received last December. No surprise. Another IncompetentBuffoon. What are we paying for? Incompetent pay back the public. If a parent or guardian treated children this way they would be go to jail. Juvenile offenders should be given personally tailored psychiatric & education programs to 'correct' their behaviour & create functional members of society.
