The article = 'All men are guilty' + 'All men are rapists' The FACT about rape is that it's very difficult to prove.

If there were more rape trials then false claims would explode. The CPS weed out the weak cases. In general , Young people get drunk, some regret the sex and then decide what it was three days later Booze is the guilty party, mitigation for women,but not guys .

So the cause of the low conviction rates appears to be a lack of proper police investigation, and the CPS being unwilling to prosecute, so why blame the jury system ?
