Justice Clarence Thomas is correct. This would be the same as leaking confidential information at classified congressional committees. There's a reason for the separation of power in our government. To provide checks and balances and prevent the abuse of power.
Wait til he sees what fresh hell the actual decision unleashes.
Maybe he should retire if he can’t handle it? Preferably tomorrow.
