Looking the numbers it is uncertain what they are trying to do? The entire budget ($57 million) will only cover around 11,000 incentives in 2017 about 235,000 vehicles were sold in BC. 11,000 is a drop in that bucket (less than 5%) We can barely get a dam built for more green electricity. Not sure how this will work . Bc is in no place to demand ev be developed by manufactures the market will dictate what vehicles they will make. As long as the USA keeps gasoline cheap gas powered vehicles will be the bulk of manufactured cars. BC has as a small market.
