Former Proteas cricketer Paul Adams won't be testifying at Mark Boucher’s upcoming disciplinary hearing relating to the Social Justice and Nation Building hearings.

Cricket South Africa has appointed Senior Counsel, Advocate Terry Motau, to chair the disciplinary hearing into Boucher's conduct. The current senior men’s national coach, Boucher was fingered in the final SJN report.

He was criticised for calling Adams a derogatory term as part of a team song when the pair were on the SA side in the late 1990s. Adams says he did not go to the SJN with malice but to honestly speak out about his experiences over the years in the national team.He insists he did not attend the hearings to single out Boucher.

Instead, his name came up during his testimony when he was asked if the former Proteas wicket-keeper was involved in the singing of the song.

Because he only came up with this like a decade or more later! Why now and not then. very iffy. If this really took place, he would attend and confront this issue face to face. Something not right here.

Very strange indeed.
