Where is the recommendation to 'factor in the role of the Islamic faith in the commission of rape'? That's a huge, glaring omission.

'Banning the public from rape trials' is code for enabling the operation of kangaroo courts.

'There should be a shift towards an explicit expression of consent so that a lack of resistance was not understood to equal consent.' No. On it's own, a lack of resistance IS consent. A bitter feminist virgin with no knowledge of sexual dynamics and a hatred of men wrote that.

'Juries should undergo training before the start of a trial to make sure they are aware of pervasive rape myths.' Sounds like the usual preamble to sexist communist brainwashing. e.g. Sexual history is relevant to rape accusations. Drunk people CAN consent. Etc.

Public should be excluded from rape trials, Northern Ireland inquiry findsSir John Gillen is leading a review into the court treatment of rape after two rugby internationals were acquitted this year. wtf debería afogar las 40-45 grados?! presuntuoso de mierda I'd abolish trial by Jury, I'd hate my freedom decided with some of the Brain dead idiots that are jurors. Whilst on a Jury I collated verdicts asking everyone their final verdict. One person actually said 'I'll just go what you go' I'd make Jurors sit an IQ test for suitability. Thank you Sir John these would help. Though I was under the impression asking about the victims sex life was already not allowed, but it still happens.
