as he drove a pickup truck in Salem County on Sept. 28, 2019. His vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a car driven by Polly Tornari, 51, of Glassboro. Tornari died at the scene and her husband was seriously injured.The Salem County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Thursday that the warrant was vacated on April 12.A court official confirmed that Gunn was now scheduled to appear May 16 for the pre-trial conference that had been scheduled for April.
