Eight lawmakers demand answers from Amazon on facial recognition tech8 Democratic lawmakers are demanding answers from Amazon regarding privacy concerns with the company's facial recognition software that has been used by some local police departments. If it catches those who are guilty, I don't have an issue with it. It should be used by every single Police Department Nationwide. For who can't afford it, there should be funding.
