Is RestorativeJustice appropriate for HateCrimes when the offence is not only against the individual but all of us with the characteristics being maligned? I admire gareththomas14 greatly but he's a better man than I. We should not let H8ers off so lightly. ? Huge fine?
GarethThomas a legend. What Gareth did, how he handled this awful situation was with pure class and dignity. I was lucky to hear him speak several years ago. He should be so proud of the amazing inspiration he is to many.
One can safely say that one has not experienced this so-called ‘homophobia’ (Silly made up phrase) It’s amazing what a bit of self responsibility, self-respect and dignity can do. Keep your private life to yourself and not continually ramming it in everyone’s space. Try it.
