On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings issued a ruling temporarily blocking the Kentucky abortion ban. The two clinics in Kentucky immediately resumed abortion services.

The law requires abortion providers to file paperwork on each abortion, but the forms don’t yet exist. In addition, providers of medication abortion must register with the state, but the state hasn’t yet set up a system to register them. The law has no exception for survivors of rape and incest, nor for people for whom pregnancy poses significant health risks. The law also requires providers to report the full name, age, hometown, race, ethnicity and health status of the sexual partner of a woman who wants an abortion—even if she is a rape survivor.

Judge delays Alex Jones trial as Infowars seeks bankruptcyA Texas judge on Wednesday pushed back the first jury trial over how much conspiracy theorist Alex Jones should pay the families of Sandy Hook victims after his Infowars company sought bankruptcy protection this week. The delay ordered by state District Judge Maya Guerra Gamble comes days after Infowars and two other companies tied to Jones filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Texas. All the unbelievable pain this loudmouth put those families through for years! He should have to have to pay $$$$$$$$$$$$$🤨 This is a tragedy but that people are supposed to be soothed that he's going to lose money is where the problem lies... His company was a criminal act of violence under the 'legally allowed' front it was free speech... Prison is where this guy belongs, period!!
