Absolutely ridiculous call on the BOEE

Update: Ward 5 Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie has pledged to appeal the ruling, and blasted the decision in a statement. 'Today’s ruling was an attack on our democracy and on working people in D.C.,' he wrote.

Absolutely bizarre who exactly made this strange challenge? kenyanmcduffie is CLEARLY the front runner and will win on appeal. The effort to get the best and leading candidate out of the race says it all. SamFord7News rolandsmartin QJames jonsmandel tomsherwood

'Frontrunner' If undecided is more than 50% of a polling response can you pump the breaks on that designation. I know Kenyan longer than everyone running. I like Kenyan and don't know anyone else- but side-eye that designation

maustermuhle Take the Board of Elections decision to the court. Board should have known from outset whether McDuffie was qualified or not. He should be allowed to run for Attorney General. Current A.G. should had said something if McDuffie considered ineligible. What a burden on candidate.
