A regional trial court has ordered the arrest of two executives of one of the biggest motorcycle dealers in the country for alleged falsification of documents and cybercrime.

CEBU CITY —

Presiding Judge Nelson Galuna Leyco of Regional Trial Court Branch 27 in Lapu-Lapu City issued the arrest warrants against Marvin Ken Du and Cassandra Alexis Du, high-ranking officials of Des Marketing Inc. In November 2021, the Lapu Lapu City Prosecutor’s Office found probable cause to indict Marvin Ken Du, Carl Ryan Lim, Iwih Jane Du, and Cassandra Alexis Du for cybercrime and falsification of documents by a private individual.

Marvin Ken Du is the Chairman of the Board of Des Marketing, Inc. and Du Ek Sam, Inc and a member of the Board of Directors of Desmark Corporation and Premio Corporation.
