Samantha Jo Delcamp is charged as an accomplice for not taking steps to prevent the 2019 death of Arabella Parker.

SUNBURY – A Northumberland County judge has denied a defense motion to dismiss charges that include homicide against the mother who is accused in the 2019 death of her 3-year-old daughter.

Samantha Jo Delcamp being escorted by Northumberland County sheriff’s deputy after waiving her preliminary hearing Friday are charges related to the abuse of her daughter, Arabella Parker. The judge pointed out in non-capital cases that it is the practice in the county to direct questioning to the entire panel of prospective jurors.

Kegler describes Arabella as “one silly, loving little girl” who is always the center of attention. She loves all kinds of ice cream, her dolls and a blanket she takes with her everywhere, her aunt said.
