The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upturned the ruling of the Federal High Court confining human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, to Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory since August 2019.Operatives of the Department of State Services had arrested Sowore in the early hours of August 3, 2019 for calling on Nigerians to take to the streets in peaceful demonstrations to demand a better country from the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a twist of event, DSS operatives invaded the Federal High Court in Abuja on December 6, 2019 to rearrest him without any court order.
Who is deceiving who, they are doing this for the purpose of 2023 election, what stops court from establishing the case of invasion against Mallami and co-opt?
Sowore is now a human rights activist. Lol Nothing Sahara Reporters no go call their Oga. A junk and more.
Do u have judiciary in Nigeria, those ones when bribe don condem, they don't have integrity. Nigerian justice system na akamu, ogi. Not just this Sowore case so many, so many.
Thank God ooo
Solidarity forever! Solidarity forever!! Solidarity forever on our right we shall stand!
Let's all get ready for this type of jungle justice untill we've good leaders to rule us but soon if not 2023 we shall be liberated from all cocoons
Weldon the man of truth, you are true Patriot don't give up, keep up your bravery
Thank God for the new judgement at least Sowore can now travel out of Abuja at will, baba you don try... well done
Hmmm
D best thing in nizooria is division
If we want libration, there should exist good law, the custodian of law also needed to be well provided for.then things will work perfectly with good leaders and monitored institution
Everyone is corrupt in one way or the other.Althou some individual and institution are highly corrupt, that's why we are where we are in this country. I think the judiciary is getting better
Judges Ijeoma is a shame you allow corruption control ur sense of justice. You will suffer in shame in Justice Department and no promotion will ever come near you
Good news
Can anyone be restricted to a particular place by a court known to be the hope of the common man it's only done in Nigeria where there's no rule of law
It just baffles me that for the past 7yrs the judiciary have been doing things wrongly and suddenly they started doing things right. Is it because the power that be will soon expire? I just hope when another power is constituted they won't return to doing things wrong again.
Thank God.. This is big victory to Human Right and democracy in Nigeria even though we still have a very long way to go to be freed. BUT WE WOULD GET THERE IN MY PRESENCE.. IJN. AMEN
Congratulations 👏👏.
End game for Fulani slaves and the cow head aka mask wearer, Buhari. Time for accountability is drawing nearer by the day. DSS flouting court orders, arbitrary arrest and imprisonment, All these evil committed by fulanized Nigerian government will be visited some day.
Congratulations 🎉 YeleSowore on your court victory, the genocidal criminal Tyrant Buhari that buried innocent children ALIVE in the multiple Shia mass graves is absolute evil! No evil last forever!

Supreme Court is awaiting, therefore sowore sponsor of ENSARS protest, bandits terrorist criminals and all sorts of crimes in Nigeria don't celebrate nothing yet, you most go to prison.
It is a victory in civil society institutions both in Nigeria and global world. Aluta Sciential Victory Is Certain
It gets to a point where injustice will have no where to hide; the constitution- this instance though- prevailed eventually.
Were you given your passport. If not, you shouldn't be celebrating yet. Because it was a ban lifted on you for election purpose. Which you will end up spending money, time and resources and still loose Why not embrace agitators to achieve oduduwa before its too late. Fact
