Appeal judges to review outcome of Colston statue trial amid fears of 'vandals' charter'

The outcome of the Colston statue trial is set to be referred to appeal judges. Court of Appeal will decide whether protesters can use human rights defences.

Four people were notably acquitted after tearing down statue of Edward Colston. The court won't challenge the verdict but new guidance may be given to judges

Judges so useless they didn't think of this while in the first trial

However, which ever side they come down on it won't affect the outcome of the verdict and they will remain *not guilty*.
