THE Court of Appeal today agreed to throw out a case filed by Gombak voters against their MP Mohamed Azmin Ali over breach of fiduciary duty. After hearing submissions from both sides, a three-man panel chaired by judge Yaacob Md Sam approved Azmin’s application to strike out the complaint.
